Marunouchi

Tokyo

Stronghold of the giant Mitsubishi, Marunouchi is the most important business district in Japan and one of the most dynamic ones around the world. Located right in front of the Imperial Palace and its water moats, it includes the magnificent station of Tokyo, whose original building (1914) was rebuilt after the war bombing and then restored in 2012 in order to recover its radiance of yesteryear. Marunouchi also includes elegant shops, malls and shopping lanes.
