Philosopher’s Path

Kyoto

This is a peaceful path which travels across a part of Kyoto, while following the borders of a narrow channel and going through a green vegetation. Called the “Philosopher’s Path”, referring to Professor Kitaro Nishida who used to take it everyday, this walkway is a true invitation to thinking, or simple wandering. The stroll is all the more beautiful in spring time when cherry trees blossom.
